Our goal is to create a database of mentors and mentees to exist in a space where relationships can be built and nurtured, resulting in developing more leaders and reducing the turnover rate. We want to aim at creating an environment where realistic goals can be set and achieved by partnering mentees with mentors who share the same passions, ideals, and life goals to produce a better and safer future for not only our mentees but our community as well.

*Men and women interested in being a mentor must be over the age of 18. Mentees must be in between the ages of 8 and 18.
